I don’t workout because I hate my body, I workout because I love my body, so why would I hide it.

Combining our two favourite things: freedom of being naked with the endorphins of exercise.

Usually one to one, but the studio space allows for 5 dsc_1773-2people, plus the Fit Bunny. During your session I can also advise you on food and lifestyle tips for a healthier you.
Exercise Sessions 
- A full body workout to get you in the best shape of your life.  Combining a range of activities and exercise, to suit your goals and abilities. Sessions are creative and fun, using a range of equipment like boxing pads and resistance bands. This is a great introduction to exercise or for those looking to expand their current training. Exercise has never been so inspiring. Build up your bodies ability to handle whatever life throws at it.
60 minutes – £100
90 minutes – £140 – includes extend developmental stretches.
All session are just £30 extra for a second person and £15 for the third onwards.

The next Fit Bunny Lunch Club, will be held on the 23rd November 2016. This club is held monthly on the last Wednesday of every month. The session starts at 1.30pm with a 30 minute stretch, followed by food on our mats. The session will end at 2.30pm, but I do understand if you need to dash before, due to lunch hours. Lunch Club will be a great time to meet new people and make lunch time something new and special. Places are limited to 4 people plus me. Mixed gender and ability. All food and drink will be provided, all for just £35 a head. I can’t wait to meet you all and share a bite.

Strong over Skinny – Mixed Class – Saturday – 4.15pm – Noah’s Ark Naturist Club, Ewell
A 45 minute full body workout, using mainly body weight exercises to increase muscle strength and tone.Good muscle strength is key to making day to day life easier. Fit Bunny is passionate about health & fitness, exercise isn’t just about losing weight, it helps to keep your body working as it should. Clothing is optional, but nudity is strongly encouraged. Shoes are not required. Sessions are just £8 for non-member and £6 for members, which includes us of the pool and gym afterwards. Places are limited and you are asked to bring a sweat towel.
